HXQC Held 2012 Annual Customer Service and Auditing Conference in Beijing

February 10 and 11, 2012, Beijing Daluhangxing Quality Certification Center Co., Ltd. (HXQC) held 2012 annual customer service and auditing conference in Beijing Jingyan Hotel. General manager assistant and Operation Department manager Mr. Han Haihua hosted the conference. More than 100 people took part in the conference including president Mr. Lu Yiqin, vice president Mr. Yu Yangsheng, vice chairman of Impartiality Committee Mr. Huang Jie, chairman of Board of Supervisors Miss Lv Xiaohua, general manager Qiang Kebing, vice general manager and management representative Miss Zhang Min, full-time and part time auditors and representatives of regional branch offices.

Executive vice president of China Certification and Accreditation Association (CCAA) Mr. Li Xiaolan participated and made important speech. In the speech, he affirmed the business development direction and achievements in recent times of HXQC, and appreciated HXQC leadership’s attitude toward work of truth-seeking, steady and pioneering. He showed expectation that HXQC consolidates the achievements in the past few years, converts the lessons and experience into power, and takes more solid steps in 2012, thus businesses of HXQC can have further development.

Division chief of China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Mr. Jiang Tiebai participated and made important speech. He pointed that CNAS would mainly focus on three areas in 2012 – transition of ISO/IEC 17021: 2011 standard, transition of ISO/IEC 17021: 2011 standard, implementation of enforcement regulation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification.

Vice chairman of Impartiality Committee Mr. Huang Jie made requirement and showed expectation to HXQC’s work in 2012.

General manager Mr. Qiang Kebing made HXQC 2011 annual work report to the participants. He also made a careful and meticulous analyze of the situation faced by HXQC currently, and made overall schemes of work in 2012.

During the conference, division chief of Technology and Certification Supervision Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision Miss Zhang Shumin explained Measures for the Administration of Certification Institutions to the participants, and introduced typical negative cases discovered during the process of certification law enforcement for people attended to take warning. Member of HXQC Technical Committee and manager of international center project in Swansea University Mr. Li Yue introduced contents of the establishment of China- Europe Standard Research Institute such as the background, function, personnel training scope, prospect forecast. Vice general manager of HXQC international education Miss Zhou Xiang made project report of training center. Manager of Assessment Department Miss He Xiaomei made report about certification assessment work in 2011.

In the meeting the awarding ceremony of the HXQC headquarters to six branch offices was also held.

In the afternoon of February 11, 2012, the second plenary committee meeting of the fifth technical committee of HXQC was convened. Chairman of committee Mr. Chen Baojiang made 2011 annual work summary and 2012 work plan. He also deliberated Prospectus Rules for the Implementation of HXQC Technical Committee, and discussed and determined research project in 2012. General manager Mr. Qiang Kebing issued letters of appointment to the new chairman and new members of the fifth technical committee.

After completing the agendas, a party with colorful self-directed and self-acted entertainment programs was held.

The conference closed with warm atmosphere. The participants all showed that we should be self-disciplined, and make concerted efforts to fight for the successful completion of HXQC 2012 work objective!
