Dear HXQC Customers and Related Parties: Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued Announcement No. 28 of 2026, "Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Strengthening the Submission of Certification Information and the Management of Certification Certificate Information Query," introducing new requirements for the submission of certification information and the management of certification certificate information query. To implement the requirements of the announcement and ensure the accurate and convenient verification of certification information for customers and relevant parties, Beijing Dalian Hangxing Quality Certification Center Co., Ltd. (HXQC) hereby announces the following adjustments to the certification certificate inquiry channels: 1. Adjustment Arrangement for Certification Certificate Inquiry Channels Starting from September 30, 2026, the HXQC certification certificate inquiry will be subject to categorized management: 1. Certification certificates issued in accordance with the certification rules formulated by the CNCA: The basic information of certification certificates can be queried on the HXQC official website (www.hxqc.cn) and the National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform (Certification e-Cloud) on the CNCA website. 2. Certification certificates issued by HXQC based on its self-established and CNCA-approved certification rules: Verification can be conducted via the HXQC official website, as CNCA will no longer provide a query portal. II. Related Notes 1. Update and Replacement of Certification Certificate Samples: HXQC will complete the update of certification certificate samples corresponding to the self-established and filed certification rules in accordance with the announcement requirements, and will publicly display them on the HXQC official website. Starting from September 30, 2026, certification certificates issued under the self-established and filed certification rules of HXQC will uniformly adopt the new version of certification certificate samples. For customers who have already obtained certification, the replacement of certification certificates will be conducted in conjunction with subsequent surveillance audits or recertification audits. 2. This adjustment only modifies the inquiry channel for certification certificate information and does not alter the legal validity of the certification certificates themselves. The certification certificates issued by HXQC can be queried through the channels announced in this notice, and their legal validity remains unaffected by this inquiry channel adjustment. 3. Certification Certificate Information Update Process: In the event of changes to the entity information of certified clients, such as the certified client name, registered address, business address, or scope of operations, please promptly contact HXQC customer service to initiate the update process, ensuring the information recorded on the certification certificate aligns with the actual circumstances of the certified organization.
